Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Esteban Cinco (ranked 2573 p4p, 3148 weight class) and Mateus Nunes (ranked 265 p4p, 327 weight class). Mateus Nunes told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Esteban Cinco!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Mateus Nunes!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Wagner Zegers and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nunes fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Mateus Nunes seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Cinco misses with a wild body shot.
A little jabbing left from Nunes on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Cinco takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Nunes lands a head shot.
Cinco closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Nunes moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Cinco is rocked!

Cinco slips a nice elbow through Nunes's hands, connecting with Nunes's forehead.

Cinco has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Cinco seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Nunes is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
