Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jesse Kim (ranked 25614 p4p, 25031 weight class) and Saul Good (ranked 383 p4p, 379 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jesse Kim!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Saul Good!
The judges for this bout are Percy O'Donnell, Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Kim's waist but Kim gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Good off to one side.
Kim throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Good connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Good fails in his attempt to clinch.
Good is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Kim connects with a right hand. Good shakes it off.
Good slips under a jab.
Kim loads up on a big right hand but Good slips the punch.
Good lands a body shot.
Good cracks Kim with an open hand slap.
Good is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Kim throws a lazy right hand but Good sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
A swing and a miss from Kim.
Kim is really struggling to find his range with his punches. Good's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems.
Kim throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Good counters with a stiff right hand.

Good closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Good tries to break the clinch but Kim is controlling the position.
With the fighters up against the cage, Kim throws an elbow but misses.
Kim effectively controlling the action here.
Good fails to pull guard.

Kim stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
Good wants to break free but Kim has control.

A frustrated look appears on Good's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Jesse Kim seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kim jabbing away but nothing is landing.

Good has managed to clinch.

Kim putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Good in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body.

Good throwing strikes but missing.

Good wants to pass the guard but Kim is keeping the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Good throws a big elbow that misses.
Kim is trying to keep Good in close.

Good has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Kim controls Good momentarily but Good frees himself.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Good shoots for a takedown but Kim saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Good looks winded!
Good defending well as Kim loads up on a big left hand.

Kim cracks Good with an uppercut from hell and Good crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Kim's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!

Good is rocked!

It looks like Saul Good has been cut.

Good is looking for a triangle but Kim pushes his legs off easily.
Good is still in real trouble! Can Kim finish him?
Kim might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Kim is stalling in the full guard.
Kim distracts Good with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Kim seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

The cut man is working on Saul Good's cut.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Good seems to have recovered his senses.
Good scores with a hook to the body. Kim takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Kim scores with a crisp jab that stopped Good in his tracks.
Kim misses with an uppercut. Good saw that one coming.
Good lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Good shot there by Kim.
Kim keeps the fight on the outside.
Good wants to clinch up but Kim keeps it at a distance.
Jesse Kim is winning the standup battle so far.
Good ducks under a wild hook from Kim.
Good wants to counter with a clinch but Kim pushes him away.
Kim throws a jab when Good was well out of range.
Saul Good is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
A big left from Kim misses.
Kim misses with a straight right.
Good tries a quick counter leg kick but Kim is wise to it.

Good darts in and clinches Kim up against the cage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Kim turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Kim manages to end up in side control.

Good explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Good uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Kim.

Good moves into the clinch.

Good tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Good is breathing heavily.
Good stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
Kim content to slow the pace in the clinch.
Kim can't get the takedown.
Good jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Kim walks away with a smile on his face. Good gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Jesse Kim is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Kim scores with a decent looking hook.
Good takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Good bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Kim defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Good.

Kim looks to throw the jab but Good is out of range.
Good tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Kim swivels and escapes.

Kim swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Good.

Good tries to clinch but Kim moves out of range.
Kim circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Good to the canvas! Good doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Kim keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:10 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jesse Kim!
