This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the super heavyweight division. Introducing today's competitors. And in the blue corner, fighting out of New York, with a TWGC record of 65 wins and 81 losses; Shane MacGowan! The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Sam Margolis and Phil Schofield.
The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way. MacGowan keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. MacGowan defends well against a solid takedown attempt from McDonald. McDonald has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Blacktalians MMA in the buildup to the fight. MacGowan drives through with a takedown into McDonald's guard.
