This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the super heavyweight division. Introducing today's competitors. Rodriquez defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Sulvar.
Rodriquez tries to counter with a takedown but Sulvar is quick to defend against it.
Sulvar changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Rodriquez tries to avoid it but Sulvar manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Rodriquez to the ground. Rodriquez escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Sulvar is defended easily by Rodriquez.

Rodriquez seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Sulvar for as long as he can get away with.
