The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Santos scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Santos throws a right hand that Carpio ducks under and follows up with a left that Carpio also avoids with ease.
Carpio takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Carpio tries to clinch up.
Carpio misses with a low kick.

Santos throws a combination. Carpio tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Carpio is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Carpio drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

Santos throws a monster overhand right that drops Carpio! Santos follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!

A less than humble Triston Santos misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
