Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Aeson Beckley (ranked 2929 p4p, 3362 weight class) and Kurou Nishiyama (ranked 300 p4p, 336 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 12 - 12 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Aeson Beckley! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 8 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kurou Nishiyama! The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Colin Fotheringham and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Some wild striking there from Nishiyama.
Nishiyama throws a half hearted mid kick. Beckley avoids a low kick by using good footwork. It looked like Beckley was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Nishiyama!
Nishiyama lands with a shot to the body. Nishiyama shoots in looking for a takedown but Beckley manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Nishiyama's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Nishiyama tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Beckley swivels and escapes. Beckley rushes Nishiyama and presses him up against the cage. Nishiyama breaks from the clinch.
The fight moves into the clinch position. Nishiyama has had enough of the clinch but Beckley keeps him there for the moment.
That's one minute gone in the round. Beckley misses with a hook to the ribs.
A short left from Nishiyama. Beckley misses with a punch to the body.
Nishiyama can't break the clinch.
Nishiyama is trying to break free. Beckley keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Nishiyama's efforts to push away. Nishiyama works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Nishiyama wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Beckley has him pressed against the cage. Nishiyama tries to throw a body punch but Beckley avoids it by throwing Nishiyama back against the cage. Beckley gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Nishiyama.
Aeson Beckley has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kurou Nishiyama. A short right from Beckley.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Nishiyama's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Nishiyama fails with a takedown attempt. Some wild striking there from Nishiyama.
Nishiyama throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Beckley's waist but Beckley gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Nishiyama off to one side. An attempted straight right counter from Beckley misses the target. Nishiyama dips to his left and cracks Beckley with an uppercut! Beckley closes the distance and clinches. Beckley has Nishiyama pressed against the cage, preventing Nishiyama from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Nishiyama working hard to break the clinch.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nishiyama is trying to push Beckley away but Beckley has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Nishiyama pulls guard effortlessly. Beckley wants to stand but Nishiyama has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Nishiyama pulls Beckley in close to his closed guard and prevents Beckley from doing any damage or advancing position. Beckley postures up.
Nishiyama has a closed guard, preventing Beckley from standing up. Nishiyama is working an open guard so Beckley takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Beckley pushes Nishiyama up against the cage in a clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Beckley tries to land knees in the clinch but Nishiyama avoids the damage to the body. Nishiyama is working for takedown but Beckley is calmly controlling the position for now. Nishiyama has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Nishiyama is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Beckley to keep the fight standing. A head punch on the inside from Nishiyama fails to land. Our sources have told us that Beckley has been working on his elbows in the gym. A left hand lands to the body for Nishiyama.
Beckley looking to throw knees to the head but Nishiyama is blocking nicely.
Nishiyama blocks a body shot from Beckley. Beckley with an attempt at a knee that misses.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Nishiyama manages to break the clinch.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Beckley enables Nishiyama to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Beckley manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Nishiyama is pushing down on Beckley's leg trying to pass to half guard. Beckley is fighting to maintain full guard but Nishiyama has managed to sneak the leg through. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Kurou Nishiyama dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action!
Beckley has taken the fight to the clinch.
Nishiyama pulls guard effortlessly. Beckley would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Nishiyama wants to sweep here but Beckley controlling him for the moment. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Beckley postures up.
Beckley gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Beckley takes a kick to the side of the head.
Beckley is rocked! Beckley walks into a straight right, dropping him to the canvas! Nishiyama swarms him and finishes the fight with a hail of punches! What a brutal finish!
