Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Daverio Graves (ranked 1358 p4p, 1556 weight class) and Silvio Van De Leide (ranked 172 p4p, 196 weight class). Van De Leide has chosen Sandstorm - Darude as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Donald Grub and Andrew Berry.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Graves circles away from the clinch attempt.
Graves misses with a hook. Van De Leide ducked under it nicely.
Daverio Graves seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Graves throws a lazy right hand but Van De Leide sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Van De Leide scores with a sloppy right hand. Graves should have avoided that one.
Van De Leide tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Graves was well out of range. Poor timing from Van De Leide.

It looked like Graves wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

Van De Leide shoots in looking for a takedown. Graves tries to sprawl out of it but Van De Leide keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Graves manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Graves rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Van De Leide moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Van De Leide bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Graves's head backwards.

Van De Leide has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
