Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kimbino Slice (ranked 2381 p4p, 2617 weight class) and Smash Adams (ranked 293 p4p, 319 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Kimbino Slice has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Kimbino Slice seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Kimbino Slice!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Smash Adams!
The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Bart Greer and Peter Branson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Adams has a takedown stuffed.
Slice gets caught flat footed, as Adams shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Adams lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Adams throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Adams makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Adams won't allow Slice to sweep him here.
Adams loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Adams controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Adams working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.

Adams throwing strikes from guard but Slice blocks nicely.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.
Adams dives in for a single leg takedown but Slice sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Adams has his takedown stuffed
and Adams takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
It looks like Smash Adams has been cut.
Kimbino Slice has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Smash Adams.
Adams misses with a takedown
and Slice counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Adams tries for a takedown but Slice circles away easily
and Slice counters with a crisp right that sends Adams to the canvas! Slice follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kimbino Slice!
