Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Maximillian Herman (ranked 2202 p4p, 1992 weight class) and Justice Johnston (ranked 287 p4p, 257 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Maximillian Herman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Justice Johnston!
The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Winston Howard and Donatello Bradman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Herman works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Johnston throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Maximillian Herman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Johnston clinches up against the cage.
Johnston lands a right hand that snaps the head of Herman backwards.
Johnston lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Herman backwards.
Herman definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Herman is trying to pull guard but Johnston has him pressed against the cage.
Herman jumps guard and drags Johnston to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Herman has a closed guard, preventing Johnston from standing up.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Herman is on top in guard.
Herman trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Herman throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Johnston works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Herman chips away with some ground and pound.

Herman sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Johnston's guard.
Johnston felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Herman tries to pass to full mount but Johnston defends it.
Herman thows a huge punch but Johnston dodges it nicely.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Johnston can do anything to dispel that myth.
Johnston preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head.
Herman not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Johnston trying to control but Herman postures up.
Herman wants to pass the guard but Johnston is defending well.

Johnston is looking for a sweep. Herman is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Herman working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Johnston avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Herman.
Herman frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Johnston is trying desperately to improve position.

Herman sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Johnston is desperately trying to improve his position but Herman has a good base and remains in mount.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

It looks like Justice Johnston has been cut.

Herman misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.

Herman is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Johnston can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Johnston is rocked!
Johnston wants to control but Herman is having none of it.
Herman lands a big shot there that rocks Johnston but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

Johnston is still in real trouble! Can Herman finish him?
That has opened up Justice Johnston's cut even more.
Herman postures up and throws a big right hand. BOOM! Right on the button! Johnston is out cold - huge knockout for Herman!
