The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Torres misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
It seemed like Digger was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Torres.
Digger looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Torres looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Digger!
Torres tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Torres has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Digger is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Torres yanks on the arm and Digger is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Torres.
