Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Duane Souza!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Gwen Towbar and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Souza looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Parker!
Parker tries to buck Souza off but Souza is having none of it.
Souza tries to move into full mount but can't pass Parker's legs.
Parker is looking to reverse the position.
Parker can't do much from the bottom here.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Souza has knee on belly and moves into mount.
Parker can't escape the position.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Parker wants to hold on but Souza pushes him away.
Parker is trying desperately to improve position.
Souza sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
Souza landing punches.
Souza scoring with strikes but Parker is staying in there.
Parker is squirming around, avoiding Souza's attempts to control the action.

Parker is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Parker can't escape the position.
Souza is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Parker can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Souza lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Souza working his ground and pound in the gym. So far it seems to be working well.
Souza throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Parker has his hands clasped together but Souza breaks the hold and Parker is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Souza!
