The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way.

We've been hearing good reports from Singleton's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Goble working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Singleton turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Goble off and cradles Singleton's limp body as Goble celebrates with his corner.

A relieved looking Shane Goble thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it. |
