Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vern Vurris (ranked 3327 p4p, 2348 weight class) and Akamaru Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 300 weight class). Vurris has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Vurris is breathing heavily.
Vurris takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Jackson landing a few strikes.
Vurris is rocked!
Jackson cracks Vurris with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Jackson immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Vurris is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Jackson!
