The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Phlex drives through and clinches with Gripperson against the cage.

Phlex seems to have come into the fight with the intention of avoiding any damage in the clinch, rather than actually showing any aggression.

We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Gripperson has eaten all the pies!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Gripperson is looking to control Phlex's arms but Phlex gets an underhook and turns him. Now Gripperson has his back to the cage.
