Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Benjamin Harris!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Flynn Knightley!
The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Reed Andrews and Lou da Vinci.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice defenses there by Harris.
Harris looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Knightley closes the distance and pushes Harris back into the cage.
Knightley tries a body shot but Harris blocks it.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Harris.
Knightley lands a right hand that snaps the head of Harris backwards.

Harris breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Knightley fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Harris sprawls well initially but Knightley persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Knightley connects with a nice short shot to Harris's temple.

Knightley is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Harris is just riding it out for now. Knightley eventually gives up the hold.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Harris is looking for a sweep. Knightley is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Knightley in particular looking to stall.

Flynn Knightley showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.

Harris is pressed up against the cage. Knightley has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Harris down to the mat. Harris avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
