Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kugus Amiga (ranked 23600 p4p, 23603 weight class) and Clifford Val Salvacion (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Clifford Val Salvacion has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 52 - 44 - 6, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kugus Amiga! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 28 - 72 - 5, fighting out of Las Vegas, Clifford Val Salvacion! The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Gwen Towbar and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Salvacion is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Amiga's half guard. Well, if Salvacion is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Amiga trying to control but Salvacion postures up.
Amiga keeping hold of Salvacion's head, controlling as best he can. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Amiga is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Amiga is controlling Salvacion's trapped leg to prevent Salvacion from advancing to side control.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Salvacion feints and as Amiga raises his hands in defense, Salvacion changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Amiga is pulling down on Salvacion's head. It's preventing any offense from Salvacion, at least for the moment.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Salvacion looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Amiga wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Salvacion sitting in guard, not really doing much. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Clifford Val Salvacion dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Amiga scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Salvacion wants to control but Amiga postures up. A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet. Salvacion has been the more effective fighter overall so far. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Amiga is looking to take a break and control but Salvacion is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Salvacion struggling a bit here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Amiga controlling from side mount. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Salvacion has one of Amiga's arms on lockdown, trying to prevent him from doing any damage.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Amiga closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Salvacion quickly recovers to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Amiga slows the pace down in half guard. Salvacion is doing well to control the position and prevent Amiga from advancing to side control. Clifford Val Salvacion has got the better of the ground game so far.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Amiga stalling. Salvacion has his hands clasped together around Amiga's back. He's all about the action. Amiga content to control rather than advance.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Salvacion controlling the position for now. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Salvacion is continuing to stall.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Amiga closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Kugus Amiga dominated that second round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round! Amiga changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Salvacion tries to avoid it but Amiga manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Salvacion to the ground. Salvacion escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Salvacion is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Amiga with a body shot. Amiga shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Salvacion as he avoids it easily. Salvacion counters with a body kick. Amiga looks for a takedown but Salvacion sprawls well. And Salvacion responds with a good body kick, but Amiga manages to step out the way in time. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kugus Amiga. That's going to take a lot out of him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Salvacion looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Amiga trying to control here but he's found himself mounted! Oh no!
Amiga tries to lock up and control but Salvacion gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Salvacion controlling from mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Amiga wants to control but Salvacion is having none of it. Salvacion takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Let's hope that Salvacion has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Salvacion's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Salvacion tries to control but Amiga wriggling away. Salvacion content just to control the position here. Amiga wants to hold on but Salvacion pushes him away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Salvacion takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Salvacion avoids the attempt from Amiga to control.
And that's the end of the fight! Clifford Val Salvacion comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Salvacion has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
