Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Bobby Bomstaerk (ranked 2439 p4p, 5554 weight class) and Jackie Chan (ranked 255 p4p, 452 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circling - Bomstaerk throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Chan is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
Bomstaerk avoids the head kick by Chan.
Chan has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Bomstaerk really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Chan gets caught flat footed, as Bomstaerk shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Chan bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Bomstaerk's guard.

Bomstaerk will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Bomstaerk has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Chan is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.

Chan throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Bomstaerk escapes and throws Chan's legs to the side, diving into side control!

Bomstaerk has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Bomstaerk is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Chan is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Bomstaerk looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Chan with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Bomstaerk connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Chan some visible discomfort.
Bomstaerk wants to lay and pray for a moment but Chan keeps working.

That's time! Bomstaerk's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Bomstaerk shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Chan's guard.

Chan wants to take the fight to the mat but Bomstaerk manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.

Chan is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Bomstaerk can't fight it off and eventually Chan manages to take the fight to the floor. Bomstaerk looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Bomstaerk working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Chan doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Chan manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Chan has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Bomstaerk to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Chan is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Bomstaerk pulls down on the head and he's put Chan to sleep! This one is all over!
