Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Neil Napier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Iain Jolley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Neil Napier! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Iain Jolley! The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Chris Edwards and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jolley shoots for a double leg takedown but Napier sprawls well. He's pushed Jolley's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Napier throws a combination. Jolley tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Jolley shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Jolley was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Napier is in all sorts of trouble here.
Jolley landing punches. Jolley pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Napier is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Jolley can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Napier is looking to escape. Napier keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Napier is squirming around, avoiding Jolley's attempts to control the action. Napier bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!
That's one minute gone in the round. Napier pushing down on Jolley's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Napier is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Jolley defends it well. Jolley makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Jolley. Napier trying to control but Jolley is working from the bottom. Napier drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Napier jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Jolley lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Napier! Napier is working to get back to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Napier tries to hold on but Jolley postures up. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Jolley connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Jolley lands a heavy elbow. Napier is squirming around, avoiding Jolley's attempts to control the action. Jolley lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. Jolley really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Napier. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Napier working to try and regain half guard.
Jolley wants to control the pace but Napier is squirming around nicely. Napier is desperately trying to improve his position but Jolley has a good base and remains in mount. Jolley is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Napier can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Jolley dominating with strikes here. Jolley looking to control but Napier is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Jolley scoring with strikes but Napier is staying in there. Jolley prevents Napier from getting the reversal. Jolley jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Napier manages to avoid the submission attempt. Napier tries to escape but Jolley is in control. Napier is breathing heavily. Jolley wants to control but Napier is keeping him busy. Jolley taking a breather here. Napier is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Jolley lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. The fight stays on the outside here - Napier looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Jolley shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Napier as he avoids it easily. Jolley changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Napier tries to avoid it but Jolley manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Napier to the ground. Napier escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. That's one minute gone in the round. Jolley throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Napier's waist but Napier gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Jolley off to one side. Napier doesn't manage to clinch there - Jolley circles away.
Napier lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
It looks like Iain Jolley has been cut. Napier closes the distance and clinches. Napier looking for a takedown. Jolley tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Napier smiles and moves away.

Napier lands a nice hook to Jolley's body. Jolley takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Napier misses with a takedown attempt - Jolley sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Napier closes the distance and clinches. Napier pulls Jolley into guard.

Neil Napier dominated that second round. The cut man is working on Iain Jolley's cut. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

Jolley takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Napier using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Jolley has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Napier is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Jolley gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Jolley trying to stall but Napier improves his position.

Jolley is trying to trip Napier. He has hold of a leg but Napier is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Jolley persists though and gets the takedown into guard. Napier fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Jolley tries for a takedown but Napier circles away easily and Napier counters by moving into the clinch. Napier pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Napier wants to clinch up but Jolley keeps it at a distance. Jolley slaps away a takedown attempt from Napier, before circling back to the center of the mat. Jolley misses with a takedown attempt - Napier sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Napier closes the distance and pushes Jolley back into the cage. Jolley tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Napier just stands there and leans against the cage. Jolley stalling the fight.
Napier lands a knee to the head.

Napier lands a good knee to the midsection. Jolley won't want to take too many of those. Jolley stops a takedown attempt from Napier.
Napier pulls guard effortlessly. Napier looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Jolley passes into side control.
Iain Jolley has got the better of the ground game so far. Jolley grinds an elbow into Napier's temple. Napier is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Jolley tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Jolley has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
And that's the end of the fight! Neil Napier showed his dominance in that final round. I think Napier has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
