Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Boxing Powerhous (ranked 23001 p4p, 22822 weight class) and Tommy Gunn (ranked 256 p4p, 224 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick by Gunn misses
and Powerhous counters with a nice low kick that buckles Gunn's knee momentarily.

Powerhous gets a clinch.
Powerhous lands a hook that snaps the head of Gunn backwards.

Powerhous breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Powerhous throws a nice head kick!

It looks like Tommy Gunn has been cut.

Powerhous drives through and clinches with Gunn against the ropes.
Powerhous landing knees to the body.
Gunn looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Gunn tries to break the clinch but Powerhous is controlling the position.
Gunn fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Powerhous using the Thai clinch to land knees to the body.
Powerhous stalling in the clinch.
Gunn doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Powerhous holding his opponent close, against the ropes.

Powerhous manages to break the clinch.

Powerhous fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Gunn, pushing him back against the ropes.
Gunn is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Powerhous is keeping busy.

Powerhous breaks the clinch.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Powerhous!
A head kick by Gunn misses

and Powerhous counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Powerhous.

Powerhous pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Gunn swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

and Powerhous holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Powerhous breaks the clinch.
Gunn misses with a shot to the body

and Powerhous counters by moving into the clinch.

Powerhous's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Gunn gets tackled into the ropes by Powerhous. Powerhous maintains the clinch.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Gunn takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Powerhous lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
