Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 18 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Gabriel Havran!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 8 - 0, fighting out of London, Callum Adams!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Jack Bonds and Percy O'Donnell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Adams slips a straight right by Havran.
Havran with a nice cross.
Havran swings widly with a right hand
and Adams counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

It looks like Gabriel Havran has been cut.
Havran throws a jab when Adams was well out of range.
Adams throws a jab when Havran was well out of range.
Havran jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Havran throws the left hand but Adams avoids the punch easily.
Adams swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Havran ducks under a wild hook from Adams.
Havran misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Adams connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Adams moves away from the strike by Havran.
A jab from Adams misses.

Havran rushes Adams and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
I was talking to Havran's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Adams wants to break the clinch but can't.

Adams pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Adams fails to land with a series of punches.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Adams darts in and out, connecting with a jab.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Havran missing with a left hand there. Adams was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Adams misses with a looping left.
Havran was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.

Havran pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Havran falls off balance throwing a combination
and Adams counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Havran misses with a left hand
and Adams counters with a straight right hand.

Gabriel Havran's cut is getting worse.
Havran wants to clinch up but Adams keeps it at a distance.
Havran throws a combination that misses
and Adams counters with a left to the body.
Adams fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Havran on the side of the head.
Havran rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
letting Adams counter with a right hand.

Gabriel Havran's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Havran throws a poor cross that misses
and Adams counters with a lovely straight right hand!

Havran is rocked!
Havran throws a big shot that misses.
Havran misses with a left hand
and Adams counters with a nice leg kick.
Havran is breathing heavily.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
A telegraphed right hand from Havran misses the target.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Adams avoids the body shot from Havran.
Adams only half commits to the counter leg kick.
Adams swinging wildly here.
Adams closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Havran! Adams dives in looking to finish! Havran is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Callum Adams!
A relieved looking Callum Adams thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
