Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mario Waters (ranked 4760 p4p, 4437 weight class) and Antonio Flores (ranked 487 p4p, 468 weight class). Flores has chosen A New Religion - Ministry as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. On his way into the cage it seems that Mario Waters has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Mario Waters seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Waters fails with the takedown
and Flores counters with a nice uppercut.
Waters tries to clinch but Flores moves away
and Waters takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Flores is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Waters.
A little feinted left hand from Waters on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Waters shoots in and drives through. Flores sprawls well.
Nice body kick from Flores.
Waters fails with a takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mario Waters. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Waters takes a shot to the body in his stride.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Waters shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

After winning the bout, Antonio Flores thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
