Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jurgen Van Damme!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Van Damme shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Combs manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Van Damme postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Van Damme throwing strikes but missing.
Van Damme trying to control the position from guard on top but Combs is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Combs is breathing heavily.
Van Damme content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Van Damme makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Van Damme throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Van Damme connects with a couple of short punches.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Van Damme accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Combs utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Van Damme slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.

Van Damme in side control lands a decent elbow.
Van Damme advances to full mount.
Van Damme lands with some strikes.
Van Damme putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound!

Combs is rocked!
Van Damme loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Combs scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Van Damme land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Van Damme stands and salutes the crowd.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jurgen Van Damme!
A very excited looking Jurgen Van Damme rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
Camryn Combs was interviewed post fight and said 'Sometimes you have to lose to grow, and I'll prove that in my next fight. I'm blessed at the end of the day.'.
