Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Eddie Coyle (ranked 2652 p4p, 3193 weight class) and John Saunders (ranked 321 p4p, 368 weight class). Coyle comes to the cage accompanied by Big Cannons/ Bob Noxious. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Eddie Coyle!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, John Saunders!
The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Santiago Holmes and Sandra Marshall.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Saunders throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Coyle on the side of the head.
Coyle ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Saunders moves away.
Nice body punch from Coyle.
Saunders closes the distance and clinches.
A right hand to the body from Saunders.
Coyle is trying to stall.
Coyle definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Saunders misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Saunders lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Coyle lands a body shot in the clinch.
Coyle doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Saunders misses with a punch on the inside.
Saunders lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Saunders blocks an uppercut.
Saunders swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Saunders has a couple of punches blocked by Coyle.
Saunders lands with a short head shot on the inside.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Coyle is looking to control Saunders's arms but Saunders gets an underhook and turns him. Now Coyle has his back to the cage.
Saunders presses Coyle against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.

Saunders lands a hook to the side of the head.
Coyle has a couple of punches blocked by Saunders.
Coyle wants to get back to striking at distance but Saunders won't allow it.
Coyle throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Saunderss head.
Saunders lands a body shot in the clinch.
Saunders lands a right hand.
Coyle pulls guard successfully.
Coyle is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Coyle looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Saunders is defending well. Coyle quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Saunders has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Coyle celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.

Eddie Coyle was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
