Sandoval lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Nice jab there from Gay.
Gay misses with a combination
and Sandoval connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Gay cracks Sandoval with an uppercut from hell and Sandoval crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Gay's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!
It looks like Serial Sandoval has been cut.

Sandoval lands a glancing blow to the side of Gay's head.

Gay throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Gay throws a looping overhand right but Sandoval ducks down to avoid it.
Sandoval fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Gay on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Sandoval is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Gay throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Gay throws a lazy right hand but Sandoval sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
A telegraphed right hand from Gay misses the target.
Sandoval ducks under a wild hook from Gay.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Sandoval bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Gay's head.
Gay drops Sandoval with a big left hand! Sandoval is injured, injured bad! Gay jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!
