Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Seth Christian (ranked 4242 p4p, 4216 weight class) and Minor Cuevas (ranked 447 p4p, 445 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Seth Christian! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Minor Cuevas! The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Phil Schofield and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cuevas connects with a nice looking jab.
Cuevas cracks Christian with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Cuevas has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Christian to stand back up!
Christian is rocked! Christian tries to clinch up. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Cuevas! But no joy. Oh Christian is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Cuevas wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Christian takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Christian seems to have got his legs back now. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Christian takes a swing at Cuevas's ribcage but misses. Christian walks into a jab. Christian's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Cuevas connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Christian scrambles back to his feet. Christian misses with a takedown attempt - Cuevas sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Christian clinches up against the cage. Cuevas trying to land knees to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cuevas breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Cuevas tries to bum rush Christian with a series of wild strikes but Christian uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Christian throws a big counter combination but Cuevas scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage. Cuevas scores with a nice head shot. Cuevas paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Cuevas sends Christian crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Cuevas is motioning to the referee to let Christian up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Cuevas displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Christian. A jab from Cuevas does it's job there. and Cuevas counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Christian! He's just covering up as Cuevas starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Minor Cuevas!
