Let's get this grappling contest under way! Who will be victorious? Scott is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Toehold's half guard. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Toehold can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Scott is looking to escape. Toehold fails to advance to Scott's back.

Scott sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though. Toehold is just content to waste time from the top position. Scott takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard. Scott keeping moving, preventing Toehold from controlling successfully.
