Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Titan Triggerfish (ranked 4064 p4p, 4211 weight class) and Madden Velez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Josh West, Roger Salmon and Chris Saunders.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Triggerfish takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Triggerfish throws the kick towards the body but Velez avoids it.
Triggerfish misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Triggerfish pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Velez is looking to clinch but Triggerfish is avoiding it.
Triggerfish has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Velez finds it's way round the side to connect with Triggerfish's head.

It looks like Titan Triggerfish has been cut.
Triggerfish avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Velez tries to clinch up but Triggerfish circles away and keeps his distance.
Triggerfish keeps the fight on the outside.
Triggerfish looked to counter with a high kick but didn't commit.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Triggerfish takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Madden Velez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Velez thuds a left hand into Triggerfish's body.
Velez works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Velez tries to clinch up but Triggerfish circles away and keeps his distance.

Velez lands a jab.

Triggerfish is rocked!
Velez cracks Triggerfish with a left hook right on the temple and Triggerfish goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Velez lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Triggerfish is OK!
