Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Too Young For Island (ranked 3043 p4p, 4219 weight class) and Lagi Lasa (ranked 0 p4p, 448 weight class). Too Young For Island has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Too Young For Island! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Lagi Lasa! The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Santiago Holmes and Winston Alpacca.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! For Island misses with a hook. As For Island backs off Lasa throws a huge counter combo but For Island manages to avoid it all. Lasa connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed For Island momentarily.
Lasa throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Lasa swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Lasa scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Lasa blocks a head kick by For Island.
Lasa keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
A head kick misses from For Island. For Island tries for a takedown but Lasa sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Lasa misses with a hook. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. For Island fails with a takedown attempt. For Island will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Too Young For Island. That's going to take a lot out of him. For Island shoots in and drives through. Lasa sprawls well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lasa throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Lasa throws an overhand right that lands on For Island's shoulder, as For Island tries to avoid the shot. A jab from Lasa does it's job there. For Island looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Lasa is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range. For Island takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Lasa keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Lagi Lasa is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. For Island looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. No luck for For Island with that takedown attempt. Lasa misses with a jab, cross combination.
Lasa jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
For Island bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Lasa throws a big shot that misses.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lasa throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Lasa rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and For Island counters with a single leg into guard. Lasa didn't expect that. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. For Island is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Lasa keeping moving, preventing For Island from controlling successfully. For Island is standing up over Lasa. Lasa looks to escape but For Island dives into side control.
For Island goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Lasa has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for For Island but great work by Lasa. Lasa gets to mount! For Island was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly.
That's three minutes gone in the round. For Island is working to get back to half guard.
Lasa controlling the position easily from mount. Lasa can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as For Island is looking to escape. Lasa prevents For Island from getting the reversal.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. For Island tries to hold on but Lasa postures up. For Island gets back to half guard. Lasa wants to stand up but For Island is controlling the position.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Lagi Lasa dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! Lasa throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. For Island closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. For Island is figuring out what he wants to do next. For Island works his way into side control. Lasa wants to get back to his feet. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lasa really doesn't want to stay on the ground with For Island. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Lasa tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck. For Island content just to control the position here. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lasa is trying desperately to improve position. For Island moves to the back. For Island working for a choke but Lasa is defending well. The crowd hopeful of a finish here - For Island's supporters are on their feet, screaming for him to go for the rear naked choke.
Too Young For Island overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lasa is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet. Lasa is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if For Island gets his way!
For Island biding his time, controlling Lasa. For Island patiently working for the choke. Which fighter will keep their nerve here?
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lasa prevents For Island from getting a body triangle. Lasa fending off the submission attempt from For Island. Lasa wants to escape the position.
Lasa is trying to get back to his feet but For Island has full control of the position and if anything, Lasa has just worked his way into a worse spot.
That's four minutes gone in the round. For Island scores with a nice shot to the head of his opponent. Lasa is looking for a way out. For Island is working for a rear naked choke. Lasa is not defending it well and For Island has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! Lasa refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Lasa's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:31 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Too Young For Island!
