Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kelvin Santos (ranked 4645 p4p, 3654 weight class) and Vern Vurris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kelvin Santos has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Kelvin Santos!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 26 - 21 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Vern Vurris!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, William Gold and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vurris forces Santos back against the cage and clinches.
Santos fails to pull guard.
Vurris works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
Vurris with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Vurris is in close to Santos's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Vurris looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Vurris is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
Vurris keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Santos's head.
Vurris cracks Santos with a solid left hand.
Santos wants to improve his position but instead Vurris has moved into half guard.
Santos knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Vurris on the ground.
Vurris seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Nice strikes from Vurris there.
Vurris is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Santos tries to roll over but Vurris keeps him under control.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Vurris frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Vurris breaks from Santos's wrist control and lands an elbow.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Santos is trying desperately to improve position.
Vurris in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Santos tries to hold on but Vurris pushes him away.
Vurris looking to control and managing it successfully.
Santos is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
A nice elbow there by Vurris.
Vurris scoring with strikes but Santos is staying in there.
It looks like Kelvin Santos has been cut.
Vurris controlling the position easily from mount.
Vurris with shots to the head and body - Santos looks very uncomfortable down there.

Santos has left one of his arms exposed and Vurris doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Santos screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
