Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Gellir Signarsson (ranked 2372 p4p, 25290 weight class) and Jovan Teodorovic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Gellir Signarsson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jovan Teodorovic!
The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Aafke Stam and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The crowd cheers as Signarsson lands an impressive looking overhand right. Teodorovic doesn't seem phased though.
It looks like Jovan Teodorovic has been cut.
Teodorovic shoots for a double leg takedown but Signarsson sprawls well. He's pushed Teodorovic's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Signarsson drops Teodorovic with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Teodorovic looks back up at him and smiles so Signarsson waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Teodorovic is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Teodorovic tries for a takedown but Signarsson circles away easily
and Signarsson rattles Teodorovic with a well-timed uppercut counter. - Teodorovic tries to back away and recover but his hands are down low and he gets tagged again, sending him stumbling down to the canvas. Signarsson dives in after him and quickly finishes the job with a trio of brutal punches, leaving Teodorovic stiff and motionless on the mat!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:23 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Gellir Signarsson!
