Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sir One (ranked 4281 p4p, 4971 weight class) and Danga Damage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Sir One! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Danga Damage! The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Dean Styles and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Damage fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging One to the ground. Damage is now in One's guard. One looking to control.
One looking for a guillotine here but Damage defends easily.
One is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Damage is in close to One's body, working some short punches and elbows. Damage stands and throws One's legs to the side, diving into side control. Damage decides to stand back up. Damage steps back and let's One get back to his feet. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Damage shoots in and bounces One off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Damage with a nice head shot there. Damage has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Damage stays in close to One's body and controls the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Damage slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. One is working to avoid the ground and pound but Damage connects with a decent elbow. Damage looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Damage working the head and body with strikes. Damage is trying to get an arm triangle but One is defending well. Damage scoring with punches and elbows. One tries to improve position but can't. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. One trying to remain calm as Damage controls from the top position. Damage working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
One is trying to get back to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Damage lands a nice forearm strike. Damage working the head with strikes. Damage working away. Damage slows the pace down. You can see the frustration on One's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Damage is chipping away with strikes.
Damage working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Damage advances to full mount.
That's three minutes gone in the round. One tries to reverse the position but Damage maintains control. Damage looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
Damage controlling the position easily from mount. Damage punishing his opponent with strikes. Damage pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Damage looking to finish One with some ground and pound. This is bad for One! Damage fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Damage drops a big elbow. That's hurt One! More shots from Damage and the ref steps in! The fight is over!
