This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the super heavyweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of St Petersburg, with a TWGC record of 5 wins and 23 losses; Nate Pawn! And in the blue corner, fighting out of Las Vegas, with a TWGC record of 9 wins and 29 losses; Domingo The Flamingo! The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Chris Downing and George Francis.
The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way. The Flamingo moves into the clinch. Pawn changes levels and goes for a takedown here. The Flamingo fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Pawn seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym. The Flamingo gets in close and instigates a clinch. The Flamingo is trying to pull guard but Pawn turns him against the ropes and we stay in the clinch. The Flamingo jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Pawn walks away with a smile on his face. The Flamingo gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. The Flamingo moves into the clinch. Possibly, maybe, no The Flamingo has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! The Flamingo is trying to land an Americana. Both fighters are looking very determined. Pawn knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for The Flamingo on the ground. A lull in the action here.

Pawn tries to get the hooks in deep but The Flamingo pushed the leg off. Pawn has his opponent's back and is working for the choke. The Flamingo looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment.
That's ten minutes gone in the round. The Flamingo really must keep his cool here. He's controlling one of Pawn's hands and whilst he does that, he's got a chance of escaping the position. The Flamingo trying to control the position but Pawn manages to sink in the hooks. The Flamingo rolls, trying to escape but Pawn keeps control of the position.

That's eleven minutes gone in the round. Pawn has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, The Flamingo has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

Pawn prevents The Flamingo from improving his position.

The Flamingo escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Pawn gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
