And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Paul Sanchez!
The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Viktor Lagutenko and Aleksei Zolotukhin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sanchez looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Sanchez tries to score with a low kick but McDonald moves his leg out of the way.
Sanchez misses with a takedown attempt - McDonald sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Sanchez on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
It looks like Paul Sanchez has been cut.
Sanchez walks straight into a right hand from McDonald - that's dropped him! McDonald jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Sanchez from any more punishment! Sanchez complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
