Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rodolfo Kaufman (ranked 2083 p4p, 3022 weight class) and Rudo Ryokale (ranked 125 p4p, 161 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Rudo Ryokale!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kaufman moves in looking to clinch but Ryokale pushes him off.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Ryokale is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Kaufman.
Kaufman takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Kaufman was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Kaufman moves out of range as Ryokale throws a body kick.
Kaufman tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Ryokale paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Ryokale rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Kaufman moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Ryokale plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!

It looks like Rodolfo Kaufman has been cut.
Kaufman takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Ryokale takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Kaufman fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Ryokale, pushing him back against the cage.
Ryokale's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

It looks like Rudo Ryokale has been cut.
A short right from Kaufman on the inside.
Kaufman lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Ryokale backwards.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Ryokale drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Ryokale is trying to break the clinch but Kaufman is controlling him.
Kaufman misses with some punches.

The referee calls for Kaufman to work.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Kaufman.
Ryokale jumps guard but Kaufman stands there with Ryokale around his waist. Ryokale gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Ryokale blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Kaufman swings wildly with an uppercut but Ryokale uses good head movement to avoid it.
Ryokale prevents a body shot from Kaufman.
Kaufman tries to throw a body punch but Ryokale avoids it by throwing Kaufman back against the cage.

Kaufman will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Ryokale up against the cage.
Ryokale tries for a takedown but Kaufman manages to get underhooks.
Rodolfo Kaufman has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rudo Ryokale.

Kaufman tries to work over Ryokale's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Kaufman tries to throw a body punch but Ryokale avoids it by throwing Kaufman back against the cage.

Nice body punch from Kaufman - that landed with a thud.
Kaufman digs a right hand underneath Ryokale's ribcage. Ryokale let out a lung full of air as it connected.

Ryokale tries to pull guard but Kaufman won't allow it.
A nice left hand lands by Kaufman.

Kaufman presses Ryokale against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.

I was talking to Kaufman's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Ryokale tries to stall but Kaufman uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Still in the clinch, Kaufman scores with a nice short uppercut.
Kaufman lands a big right hand that drops Ryokale! The killer instinct kicks in and Kaufman finishes his opponent with a series of strikes from mount. A dominating finish by Kaufman!
