Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Enu Deathcrush!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Sergei Yan!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Don Winkell and Frank Antenori.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yan throws an overhand right that lands on Deathcrush's shoulder, as Deathcrush tries to avoid the shot.

Deathcrush has taken the fight to the clinch.
Deathcrush misses with a punch on the inside.
Deathcrush tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Yan avoids it.
Deathcrush drops down looking for an ankle pick but Yan pulls his leg out and moves away.
Deathcrush misses with a body punch
and Yan counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Deathcrush tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Yan dips to his left and cracks Deathcrush with an uppercut!
Yan lands a right hook to the body.
Yan misses with a looping right.
Deathcrush avoids the body shot from Yan.
Deathcrush feinted with a counter takedown.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Deathcrush takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Yan throws a poor cross that misses

and Deathcrush counters with a nice double leg into guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Deathcrush accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Yan is trying to control the position from the bottom.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Yan can do anything to dispel that myth.

Deathcrush has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Deathcrush working over Yan with some ground and pound. Yan looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.

Yan is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Yan really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Deathcrush. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Deathcrush's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Deathcrush seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Yan for as long as he can get away with.

Deathcrush pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.

Deathcrush connects with a bit shot that sees Yan covering up! More strikes from Deathcrush and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Deathcrush is our winner by TKO!
