The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Maynard walks into a stiff left hand from Zoric.

Zoric creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Maynard's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Maynard drops to his knees and Zoric pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

A relieved looking Danilo Zoric thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
