Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Rhys Cadwgan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 6 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Raphael Couture!
The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, David Hoff and Michael Johnstone.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Couture moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Cadwgan looks to throw the jab but Couture is out of range.
Couture lands a glancing blow to the side of Cadwgan's head.
It looks like Rhys Cadwgan has been cut.
Cadwgan walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Couture checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Couture lands a lovely overhand right.
Cadwgan is rocked!
Couture scores with a jab. Cadwgan acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Oh Cadwgan is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Couture's corner calls for a 1-2. Couture obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Couture moves into the clinch successfully.
Couture misses with a punch on the inside.
Cadwgan goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Couture has Cadwgan pressed against the cage, preventing Cadwgan from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Couture pulls guard effortlessly.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Cadwgan has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Couture to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Cadwgan is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Couture pulls down on the head and he's put Cadwgan to sleep! This one is all over!
