Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Qfc Island Crusher (ranked 1897 p4p, 3389 weight class) and Zahar Krulov (ranked 233 p4p, 379 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Qfc Island Crusher! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Zahar Krulov! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Bart Greer and Sandra Marshall.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Island Crusher takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Krulov shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Island Crusher looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Krulov with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Island Crusher actively working from the bottom here. Island Crusher taking some punishment here, with Krulov in his half guard. Krulov is taking a breather. Island Crusher says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Island Crusher looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Krulov working the head and body with strikes. Krulov is figuring out what he wants to do next.

Krulov perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Island Crusher definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Island Crusher controlling the position well. Krulov content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Krulov looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Island Crusher looking for submissions off his back. Island Crusher tries to roll over but Krulov keeps him under control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Island Crusher is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Krulov pulls his head out easily. Krulov working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Krulov content to control rather than advance. Island Crusher looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Krulov trying to mount his opponent but Island Crusher defends it. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Let's hope that Krulov has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Island Crusher is looking for a sweep. Krulov is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Krulov trying to pass the guard but Island Crusher defending well. Krulov is controlling the pace.

Island Crusher is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Krulov pulls his head out easily. Krulov looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Krulov looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Island Crusher is looking to improve his position.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Krulov in particular looking to stall. Krulov is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Zahar Krulov dominated that round. That's time! Island Crusher's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. Krulov bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Krulov shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Krulov was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Krulov is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Island Crusher will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already. You can see the frustration on Island Crusher's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Island Crusher sneaks back into half guard. Zahar Krulov has got the better of the ground game so far. Krulov engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Krulov stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Island Crusher swivels though and keeps the full guard.

We're seeing a lot of stalling here from Krulov. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Island Crusher is looking for a triangle but Krulov pushes his legs off easily.

Krulov doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Krulov manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Zahar Krulov showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

Krulov tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it. Island Crusher is trying to control Krulov's posture but Krulov avoids it. Krulov scores with punches from side control. Krulov has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Krulov takes a little break here. Island Crusher wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well. Krulov landing strikes. A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet. Krulov working away. Island Crusher tries to buck Krulov off but Krulov is having none of it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Krulov happy to just control the position for now. Qfc Island Crusher has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Island Crusher gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Island Crusher gets back to full guard.
Krulov is posturing up here but Island Crusher has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Krulov tries to roll out but it's too tight and Krulov has to tap! Slick submission there by Island Crusher!
