The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ochoa avoids a punch combination nicely.
Ochoa smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Periot misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Periot misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Ochoa.
Ochoa comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Ochoa throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Periot looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Periot is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Ochoa moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
