The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Macallan closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Devlin did well to prevent Macallan getting side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Macallan sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Devlin's guard.

Macallan is stalling here. Devlin is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Macallan seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Devlin has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! And we move into the final round!

Macallan changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Devlin tries to avoid it but Macallan manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Devlin to the ground. Devlin escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Macallan shoots for a takedown but Devlin saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Macallan shoots in looking for a takedown. Devlin tries to sprawl out of it but Macallan keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Devlin manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Macallan is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Devlin knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Devlin for a finish.

Macallan has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Devlin has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
