Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Seth Christian!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Big Boss!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, James Ackerman and Richard Clark.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Christian tries to keep at a distance but Boss has taken the fight into the clinch.
Boss gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Christian.
Boss prevents the takedown attempt.

Christian drags the fight down to the ground.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Boss has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Christian is proving hard to escape from.
Boss must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Boss seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Boss passes Christian's left leg - he's now in half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Christian wants to sweep but Boss has passed to side control!

Christian is letting Boss control him for a moment.

Boss goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Christian has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Boss but great work by Christian.
Boss is trying to control Christian's posture but Christian avoids it.
Boss trying his best to control but Christian has mounted him.
Boss really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Christian. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Boss tries to lock up and control but Christian gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Boss is trying to escape the mount.
Christian wants to control the pace but Boss is squirming around nicely.

Christian is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Boss has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Christian tries to stand up but he's trapped just for the moment.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Boss can do anything to dispel that myth.
Christian avoids the attempt from Boss to control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Christian can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Boss is looking to escape.

Boss regains half guard.
Boss is trying is best to control the position here.
Boss looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Boss looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
Boss tries to roll over but Christian keeps him under control.

Christian is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Boss is trying to stand.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Boss controlling the position well.
Boss is looking for a sweep. Christian is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Boss has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Christian is working away from the top position though.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Boss regains full guard. Nicely done.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Christian is trying hard to land a takedown here. Boss sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Boss is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.
Christian shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

and Boss holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Boss taking a break, stalling in the clinch.

Christian jumps guard.
Boss pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Christian is keeping the position for now.

Christian looking to hit a scissor sweep but Boss is one step ahead there.

Christian is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Christian is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Boss stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Christian swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Christian can't keep his opponent in guard - Boss advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Christian won't allow Boss to pass to mount.

Christian is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Boss pulls his head out easily.

Boss has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Christian prevents Boss from taking his back.
Boss is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

Boss goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Christian turns into him and now he's in Boss's guard.

Christian drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Boss dives on top into guard.

Boss passes easily into side control. Nice work.

Boss goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Christian has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Boss but great work by Christian.
Christian definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Christian working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Boss wants to control but Christian postures up.

A close second round but Big Boss will probably get the nod - 10:9.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

Christian shoots in and drives through. Boss sprawls well.

Boss moves into the clinch successfully.

Christian has picked Boss up - he's going for a ride! Christian dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
Boss tries to get to full guard but Christian has control of the leg.

Boss moves into full guard.
Christian missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.

Boss is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.

Boss throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Seth Christian overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Boss isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Christian stacks Boss on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Christian!
Boss looks to move to half guard but instead Christian has passed into mount! Damn!
Christian misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.

Boss tries to hold on but Christian pushes him away.
Boss is in all sorts of trouble here.

Boss tries to improve his position but Christian has taken his back! Christian has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Boss tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Christian pushes Boss away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!
