The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Drummond defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Stilera.
Stilera rushes Drummond and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Stilera tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Drummond lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Stilera backwards.

Drummond blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Drummond throws a head punch that misses.

Stilera's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

Stilera's coach down at Gym To Nica was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Stilera's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Drummond lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.

Stilera is looking to control Drummond's arms but Drummond gets an underhook and turns him. Now Stilera has his back to the cage.

Stilera has picked Drummond up - he's going for a ride! Stilera dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.

Drummond is looking to control Stilera's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Drummond avoid being mounted?
Drummond moves into full guard.
Drummond isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Stilera stacks Drummond on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Stilera!

Stilera has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Drummond is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Stilera yanks on the arm and Drummond is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Stilera.
