Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jerome Brebeuf (ranked 3741 p4p, 3755 weight class) and Petros Petritis (ranked 419 p4p, 422 weight class). Brebeuf kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is "La Street". Petros Petritis has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jerome Brebeuf!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Petros Petritis!
The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Emerson Jorge and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Petritis misses with a hook.
A counter left hand to the body from Brebeuf misses its target.
Brebeuf misses with a hook. Petritis ducked under it nicely.
Brebeuf lands a leg kick that knocks Petritis off balance momentarily.
Petritis misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
A looping hook to the body misses from Brebeuf. Petritis does a little dance to reset his feet.
Brebeuf lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
It looks like Petros Petritis has been cut.

Petritis looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Brebeuf uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Petritis.

Brebeuf tries to land a leg kick but Petritis saw it coming and moves away.

Petritis throws a series of punches but Brebeuf avoids them all with ease.

Brebeuf throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Petritis blocks a jab.
Brebeuf throws a chopping leg kick but Petritis manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Brebeuf misses with a body shot
and Petritis counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Petritis throws a hook but Brebeuf avoids it easily.
The fighters circling - Petritis throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Brebeuf lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Petritis circles away quickly and effectively.
It seemed like Petritis was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Petritis throws a lazy right hand but Brebeuf sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Petritis scores with a punch to the head.
Petritis might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Brebeuf just misses with a punch to the body.

Petritis takes one to the chin there.
Brebeuf is looking light on his feet compared to last time was saw him fight.
A cross from Brebeuf lands.
Brebeuf misses with a double jab.
Petritis looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Petritis feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Brebeuf sprawling to the canvas! Brebeuf rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Petritis finish him?!
Brebeuf is rocked!
Petritis jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Oh Brebeuf is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Brebeuf fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Petritis checks it well.
Petritis loads up on a big right hand but Brebeuf slips the punch.
Brebeuf seems to have got his legs back now.
Brebeuf switches off momentarily and Petritis cracks him with a monster right hand! Brebeuf topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Petritis dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Petritis!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Petros Petritis!
Petros Petritis decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
