The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vydaniya swats away the attempt to clinch by Thanh Tung.
Thanh Tung shoots in for a double leg but Vydaniya sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Vydaniya feinted with a counter takedown.

Thanh Tung throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Vydaniya sees it coming and avoids it easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Thanh Tung lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Vydaniya has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Vydaniya and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Vydaniya throws a quick counter head kick but Thanh Tung was just out of range.
Thanh Tung should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Thanh Tung tries to clinch but Vydaniya moves out of range.

The fight stays on the outside here - Thanh Tung looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

and Vydaniya connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Vydaniya avoids a punch combination nicely.

Vydaniya leaves Thanh Tung with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
It looked like Vydaniya was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Thanh Tung shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Vydaniya as he jumps to the side.

and Vydaniya counters with a crisp one two that drops Thanh Tung! Vydaniya thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Thanh Tung to his feet! Thanh Tung is in big trouble!

and Vydaniya counters with a monster head kick that knocks Thanh Tung out cold! He topples like fallen a tree, crashing to the mat! Timbeeeeeerrr!
