PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jedrek Piotrowicz (ranked 4790 p4p, 3607 weight class) and Booby Soul (ranked 492 p4p, 407 weight class). Piotrowicz has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Soul connects with a body shot.
Piotrowicz is breathing heavily.
Soul tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Piotrowicz was well out of range. Poor timing from Soul.
Soul dips to his left and cracks Piotrowicz with an uppercut!

Jedrek Piotrowicz's cut is getting worse.
Nice uppercut there from Soul.
Booby Soul seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Soul fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Soul throws a looping overhand right but Piotrowicz ducks down to avoid it.
Soul looks to land a left hand but Piotrowicz moved out of range nicely.
Piotrowicz takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Soul fails to land with a series of punches.
Piotrowicz tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Soul manages to circle out of the way.
Soul comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Oooooh!!! Soul has knocked Piotrowicz down with a huge combo! Soul steps away and waves a wobbly Piotrowicz back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Piotrowicz is rocked!

Jedrek Piotrowicz's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Soul drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Piotrowicz right on the button. Piotrowicz goes down! Soul follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Soul gets the win via TKO!
