Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ace Kingston (ranked 3741 p4p, 5035 weight class) and Paul Herrera (ranked 411 p4p, 484 weight class). Paul Herrera is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Ace Kingston!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 21 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Paul Herrera!
The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Aafke Stam and Radbod Blank.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Herrera misses with a few strikes there.
Kingston misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Herrera feints the counter takedown.
Kingston lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Herrera shoots for a takedown but Kingston saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Herrera instigates a clinch.
Kingston prevents a takedown attempt there.
Herrera is trying to drag Kingston to the mat but Kingston just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Ace Kingston has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Paul Herrera.
Kingston tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kingston is looking to control Herrera's arms but Herrera gets an underhook and turns him. Now Kingston has his back to the cage.
Kingston's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Herrera prevents a body shot from Kingston.
Herrera's coach down at MMA Training and Sparring Buddies was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Herrera's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Herrera gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.

It looks like Herrera might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
Kingston on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Kingston tries to get out of the position.
Kingston can't keep his opponent in guard - Herrera advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Herrera is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.

Herrera has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Kingston is trying to keep an underhook but Herrera manages to get the takedown into half guard.

Herrera has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Kingston defend it? Herrera steps over the head and cranks it - Kingston is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Herrera!

A relieved looking Paul Herrera thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
