Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Akira Kawasaki!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Rafael Sierra!
The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Matti Vanhoillinen and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Kawasaki as Sierra shoots in.
Kawasaki appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.
Sierra tries to move into range but Kawasaki moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Kawasaki throws an off balance right hand
and Sierra holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Kawasaki pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Kawasaki throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Sierra closes this distance looking for a takedown but Kawasaki circles away.
No luck for Sierra with that takedown attempt.
Akira Kawasaki has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rafael Sierra.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Sierra misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Oooooh!!! Kawasaki has knocked Sierra down with a huge combo! Kawasaki steps away and waves a wobbly Sierra back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Akira Kawasaki seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Kawasaki counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Sierra! He's just covering up as Kawasaki starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!
