Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Eric Frost (ranked 59 p4p, 328 weight class) and Danny Vargas (ranked 9 p4p, 45 weight class). Frost's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Procreation (of the Wicked). Danny Vargas will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Frost uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Vargas.
Frost feinted with a counter takedown.
Vargas throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Frost fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Vargas avoids it really well and circles away.
Danny Vargas seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Frost.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Vargas prevents Frost from improving position.
Vargas is letting Frost control him for a moment.
