Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Minatay Mibangon (ranked 23944 p4p, 23960 weight class) and Walay Buut (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 39 - 55 - 10, fighting out of Las Vegas, Minatay Mibangon! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 55 - 46 - 4, fighting out of Las Vegas, Walay Buut! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Robert Twigg and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Buut has a takedown stuffed. Buut defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Mibangon. Buut replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Mibangon blocks it well. Mibangon will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Buut feints the counter takedown. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mibangon shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Buut as he avoids it easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Minatay Mibangon. That's going to take a lot out of him. Buut manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Mibangon on his heels. He'll look to pass Mibangon's guard now, I'm sure.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mibangon trying to control the position here. Buut's corner is telling him to maintain position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Mibangon managing to control the position. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Mibangon wants to stand up but Buut is controlling him.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Buut misses with a takedown attempt - Mibangon sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. It appears Mibangon was looking to counter with a kick there.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Buut shoots in and bounces Mibangon off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Buut's corner is telling him to maintain position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Mibangon avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Buut is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Buut is fighting to break Mibangon's control of his arms but Mibangon is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Mibangon is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Buut wants to stand but Mibangon is controlling his posture from full guard. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Walay Buut dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.
Mibangon scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Mibangon keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Buut missing with punches from the bottom.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nice strikes from Mibangon there. Buut is concentrating on defense, preventing Mibangon from advancing position. Mibangon is stalling here. Buut is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Mibangon seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Buut has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work. Mibangon seems a little lost for a moment, as Buut dominates the positioning. Walay Buut has got the better of the ground game so far. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mibangon is looking for a sweep. Buut taking a breather here. Let's hope that Buut has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Buut working away. Mibangon is trying to get back to half guard.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Mibangon dives in and scores a takedown into Buut's guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Buut has his hands on Mibangon's head, controlling the position. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Mibangon engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Minatay Mibangon dominated that second round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round! Mibangon closes the distance and clinches up with Buut, looking for a takedown. Mibangon pushes Buut against the cage but Buut circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Buut tries a quick counter leg kick but Mibangon is wise to it. Buut displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Mibangon. Buut follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land. Mibangon keeps Buut at a distance using the push kick. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mibangon throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Buut shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Mibangon is controlling Buut's trapped leg to prevent Buut from advancing to side control. Buut stalling.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mibangon is trying to get back to full guard. Buut is figuring out what he wants to do next.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mibangon is doing well to control the position and prevent Buut from advancing to side control. The referee is pacing around the two fighters, thinking about a standup. Mibangon gets full guard. Buut has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Mibangon has his hands on Buut's head, controlling the position.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Buut shoots in for a double leg but Mibangon sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Mibangon throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Buut was covering up waiting for the punch and Mibangon finishes the takedown easily into guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Mibangon showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Buut wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Minatay Mibangon. I think Mibangon has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
