The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Deck shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Gordon's guard. Score +2 for takedown into guard / half guard: Gordon (0) vs (2) Deck
Deck drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Gordon dives on top into guard. Score +2 for sweep to guard / half guard: Gordon (2) vs (2) Deck

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

You can see the frustration on Deck's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
Deck is trying to roll into a better position but Gordon has get a rear naked choke and Deck is forced to tap out! This one is allllll over!
